This marks the first post of my new diary!
I guess I should start with an introduction, huh?
My name is Kat! I'm the mayor of Ellinia, a beautiful little town that can't be that far from your's. ^^
Although our town is small, there's always a lot going on here. It's a lot of hard work, but having my
assistant Isabelle around keeps me sane. xD She helps to make the work a lot more bearable.
Anyways, this is a diary, so I should start spilling out my deepest, darkest secrets and emotions, right?
Nah, just kidding. I'm going to tell you about my day!

I met a new friend today!
I went to get a haircut at a salon when I bumped into Asami. ∩( ・ω・)∩
She's from Lunaria, a town not too far from me. She invited me over, and I had a blast!
Asami just took over as the mayor of Lunaria, so she has a lot of work to do.
Even so, she was nice enough to trade me some apples, and her neighbors were very kind. ^^
Celia and I chatted for a little bit. Pierce was intent on showing me his muscles, but I kindly declined.
I don't know... I'm just not into big, rippling blue eagles, I guess. >o<

Later, Asami visited Ellinia!
We decided it was time for an adventure! (゜▽゜;)
After taking a boat over to Ellinia's local island, I showed Asami the best spots to catch juicy bugs and sharks. I make a lot of money here, so I figured some extra bells wouldn't hurt her. ^^
We also went on a metric ton of Island Tours! Asami wants to collect Mermaid series furniture, so we spent a lot of time trying to earn medals. In the end, she was able to pick up a clock and some nice wallpaper!
At this point, though, we both decided that it was time to wrap everything up~
We worked really well together! ...
... and sometimes, we didn't. I needed ORANGES, I swear! Not lemons... ><
Asami also caught a big Hammerhead Shark! She really nailed it!
In conclusion, I had a really nice day. ^^ I've been working so hard as Mayor, so it was nice to take a day off to enjoy some company.
